London Sash Window Repairs — Service Area
We repair, draught proof and double glaze sash windows across every London postcode. Below are the boroughs we visit most often, each with its own page. If you live outside one of them, please still get in touch.
London's period homes share the sash window, but each borough has its own mix of housing. For example, a Victorian terrace needs different work from a Georgian townhouse. Each area page explains what that means for your windows.

Choosing your area page
Find your borough in the grid above and open its page. Each one lists the postcodes and neighbourhoods we serve, and it explains the housing we meet there. For example, a Victorian terrace and a converted period flat need different repairs.
Every area page links to the services we offer locally. In addition, it answers the questions homeowners ask most, such as how conservation areas affect window work. Since planning rules differ by council, we advise you on the right route for your address.
How our coverage works
We cover all Greater London postcodes and often work beyond the M25. A free site visit comes first, so we see your windows before we quote. We then send a written price, and every job carries our five-year guarantee on labour.
Not sure what your windows need? Browse our sash window services or check the price list. You can also read our sash window guides for plain advice on repair versus replacement.
Outside Greater London? We occasionally take on work in the Home Counties. Get in touch and we will see what we can do.
